The Clubhouse, a dramatic and timeless building of understated elegance and refinement, is the centerpiece of Estancia. The design and related site features were inspired by the stone-faced architecture that runs along the rural edges of northern Italy, southern France and southern Spain. With the impressive backdrop of Pinnacle Peak, the village-like silhouette of the clubhouse, composed of a multitude of forms and roof elements, appears to grow out of the existing rock formations of the site and sets Estancia apart from the traditional golf clubhouse. The design also introduced the concept of 'a wall,' both an historical unifying element to the village concept and as a signature entry statement for both the club and the development.
