Flatirons Golf Course needed to replace core infrastructure that was destroyed

in the catastrophic 2013 flood. The new facility will include a family-friendly restaurant to serve the golf course and surrounding community, and the existing Pro Shop will be renovated to increase energy efficiency. These new facilities will take full advantage of wonderful views of the iconic Flatirons from the indoor/outdoor dining area and outdoor event space. The new building was designed as efficiently as possible with durable, low-maintenance materials. Sustainability and inclusivity were priorities for City of Boulder.
