This clubhouse grew out of a desire for the building to harmonize with the extraordinary natural setting, the golf course, and the adjacent swim-fitness facilities. This clubhouse expansion has three distinct indoor dining areas: first, the new casual Family Dining Area which is a relaxed place for families with children; second, members may walk through the family-friendly dining space to the Bistro/Bar, and the third indoor space provides an intimate upscale dining experience in the Fine Dining Room. The new spaces afford the Club greater flexibility with additional seating for everyday use as these spaces can be closed off for private functions while allowing the Member dining and Mixed Grill to remain open for Member use. The owners sought to create an elevated, highly personalized patron experience that distinguishes this residential Resort Club in the marketplace. The intention was to merge 'timeless' with 'urban attitude' and pay homage to the community's exceptional location. Organic materials and an abundance of textures were carefully selected to echo the extraordinary raw beauty of the site while offering comfort, durability, and a unique level of luxury that is elegantly earthy and visually interesting.
